Ingredients:

Firm tofu, cubed
Bell peppers, sliced
Snow peas
Wood ear mushrooms
Green onions, sliced
Garlic, minced
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce (or vegetarian oyster sauce)
Cornstarch
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu: Toss the tofu cubes in cornstarch to coat evenly. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same pan, add more oil if needed. Sautรฉ minced garlic until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, snow peas, and wood ear mushrooms, and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Combine: Return the crispy tofu to the pan. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
