Udon noodles
Firm tofu, cubed
Broccoli florets
Bell peppers, sliced
Carrots, julienned
Edamame beans

Soy sauce

Instructions:
Prepare the Noodles: Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Tofu: In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
