Pan-Fried Whole Fish with Herbs and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:
2 whole fish (such as tilapia or snapper), cleaned and scaled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh parsley, chopped
Fresh green onions, chopped
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Fish:

Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Make three diagonal slashes on each side of the fish to allow for even cooking.
Season the Fish:
